Psychologist Aarti Shankla in a counselling session

My story

I'm Aarti Shankla, a psychologist, special educator and counsellor with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and organisations across India.

My journey into psychology began with a deep curiosity about the human mind - why we feel what we feel, why we do what we do, and how we can change. That curiosity has never left me. It drives every session I hold.

I trained in clinical psychology and have since built a practice rooted in warmth, evidence, and genuine human connection. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in you - your story, your pace, your goals.
